Located in Overbrook Park just off the Mainline Philadelphia, RSVP Philly is a charming and intimate event space tailored to meet all your needs, including Birthday Parties, Showers, Elopements, Networking Events, Photography Sessions, Pop-up Shops, Church Services/Meetings and so much more.

Rates
Monday-Thursday $125/hr

Friday and Sunday: $850

Saturday 10am-4pm or 11am-5pm: $850

Saturday 6pm-12am: $1050

To secure your date, you need to sign a rental agreement and pay a non-refundable $300 retainer. The full balance must be paid two weeks before your event.

Monday-Thursday ONLY  $125/hr 

(Rent 4hrs get 2 hours free for setup and clean-up)

Additional Information:
-To use the facility, a non-refundable retainer of at least $300 is required.
-A $200 refundable security deposit is required. Security deposits are processed within 3-5 business days.
-Your event date will only be secured once we have received both a retainer and a signed contract.

-Holiday rates and blackout dates apply to weekday rates
-We offer weekly and monthly contracts for long term use (classes, church services, etc). Please inquire about our options, as prices vary.
